Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Times

We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
